01Promoter
This promotion ("Promotion") is organised by ORYNTIS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("WYA", "Company", "we", "us" or "our").
02Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on [START DATE] and continues until [END DATE], or until 100 eligible users have qualified, whichever occurs earlier.
03Who Can Participate
The Promotion is available to eligible WYA users who register during the Promotion Period and satisfy all eligibility and verification requirements described below.
04How To Qualify
To qualify for the Founding 100 Reward, a participant must:
- have a valid WYA account;
- create or join a genuine WYA activity plan;
- participate in the activity in person;
- complete the activity;
- complete any required WYA check-in or verification process; and
- satisfy these Terms & Conditions.
Downloading or registering for WYA alone does not qualify a participant for the Reward.
05Booking Verification
Where an activity requires a booking, WYA may request reasonable evidence of the booking, including a booking confirmation, booking ID, receipt, screenshot or other relevant information.
06Completion Verification
WYA may verify completion of the activity using reasonable verification methods, including WYA check-in, location verification, participant confirmation, booking information, venue confirmation or other relevant information.
07First 100 Eligibility
The first 100 participants who successfully complete the required activity and pass WYA's verification process will qualify for the Founding 100 Reward.
A participant's position among the Founding 100 will be determined based on the time at which all applicable eligibility and verification requirements have been successfully completed.
08Reward
Each eligible Founding 100 participant will receive one 50% discount coupon for an eligible subsequent activity.
The maximum discount available under the coupon is ₹500.
09Participating Venues & Activities
The coupon may only be used for activities or at venues participating in the WYA reward programme.
Eligible venues, activities, booking conditions and availability may vary.
10Coupon Validity
The coupon will be valid until the expiry date displayed on the coupon.
An expired coupon cannot be used unless WYA expressly extends its validity.
11One-Time Use
The coupon is valid for one eligible transaction only and will become invalid once successfully redeemed.
12Non-Transferable
The coupon is issued to the eligible WYA user and may not be sold, exchanged for cash or transferred to another person unless WYA expressly permits otherwise.
13Cancellation & No-Show
If the qualifying activity is cancelled, abandoned, refunded or otherwise not completed, WYA may determine that the participant has not satisfied the requirements for the Reward.
14Fraud & Misuse
WYA may reject or cancel eligibility where it reasonably believes that a participant has used fake or manipulated booking information, duplicate accounts, false check-ins, fraudulent activity or any other method intended to improperly obtain the Reward.
15Third-Party Venues
WYA may partner with independent venues and activity providers. Availability, pricing, booking rules and services are controlled by the relevant venue or provider.
16Changes To The Promotion
WYA reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law. Any material changes will be communicated through appropriate WYA channels.
17Privacy
Information collected for participation and verification will be handled in accordance with WYA's Privacy Policy.
18Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
