This is the agreement between you and WYA Technologies. Using the app means you've agreed to it — so here's what it actually says, in plain language.
By creating a WYA account or using the app, you're agreeing to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which are part of this agreement. If you don't agree, don't use WYA. We may update these Terms as the product changes — if a change is material, we'll notify you in the app before it takes effect.

Violations are handled under our Community Guidelines, which can result in a warning, suspension, or permanent ban.
WYA Tap and People Nearby are designed to make it easier to connect with people near you, including people you've never met before. WYA does not conduct background checks on members, and we cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of anyone you meet through the app.
You are solely responsible for your own safety and judgment when interacting with, or meeting, other members. We strongly encourage following the safety practices in our Community Guidelines. WYA is not liable for the conduct of any member, online or in person.
Your profile's visibility, your presence on People Nearby, and your contact details are controlled by you. Circle connections and contact-sharing require mutual acceptance through a request the other person explicitly approves. You can block or report any member at any time, from their profile or a chat.
You keep ownership of what you post — photos, profile info, messages — but you grant WYA a license to host, store, and display it as needed to run the service (for example, showing your profile to people nearby). The WYA name, logo, and app itself are our intellectual property; don't copy, reverse-engineer, or reuse them without permission.
We can suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or the Community Guidelines, including the zero-tolerance list. You can delete your account at any time from the app; some information may be retained where required by law or explained in our Privacy Policy.
WYA is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that events, places, or people listed on the app are accurate, safe, or available, and we're not responsible for the actions of venues or other members. To the fullest extent allowed by law, WYA Technologies isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including anything that happens at an in-person meetup.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of WYA will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
